A few things to know before your appointment.
01Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended but not required. Walk-ins welcome — we'll get you in as quickly as possible.
02What should I bring when I drop off my car?
Just your keys and a description of the issue. If you have previous repair records, those help too.
03Is there early drop-off?
Yes! Our key drop box is available 24/7 at the front door. Drop off anytime and we'll call you when we've looked at it.
04How do I get there?
We're on NE Sandy Blvd between 74th and 75th. Look for the orange Octane sign. Free parking in our lot.
